We used William Cortes to buy our first home in 2018 and used him again in the sale of our home, we wouldn't use anyone else.

William Cortes is very knowledgable and patient, always willing to explain the aspects we didn't understand. He went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We were concerned because although our home was well maintained, it still had many of its original finishes. He went above and beyond to ensure our house was professionally photographed, coordinated all the appointments needed and truly made the whole process smooth and effortless.

Our listing was amazing and we received multiple offers within the first week. William did a phenomenal job from beginning to end and we couldn't thank you enough!
